The cost of providing a seatand a virtual office

From several hundred crowns per month – guaranteed much less than it would cost you to run your own office. We offer two options for establishing a company headquarters: the Gold program provides company headquarters services with mail forwarding once a month, while we deliver physical mail to Platinum clients every week.

Procedure for providing a residence

How does it all work?

We will prepare the documentation for establishing or changing the place of business - we guarantee the correctness of the documents.

At a personal or online meeting (forms can be signed by e-mail), we will explain everything necessary and hand over or send the completed documents needed for the transfer of the registered office to the relevant state administration body - location agreement headquarters, consent to location of headquarters, tax receipt for payment.

We will hand over the documents to you

Give the documents to a notary, commercial register or trade office. If you choose the option of preparing and securing the transfer of the registered office of the company from us, we will take care of all the bureaucracy.

Are you changing the registered office of the company within one municipality (change of registered office Prague-Prague, Brno-Brno, Ostrava-Ostrava)?

Call us, send an email, submit an inquiry from the website or a Facebook message. After answering any questions, we will send you an order form and will be happy to assist you in filling it out. Then our sales representative will contact you to arrange a personal visit, or we can handle everything via email and mail.

Identity card of the executive of the company; power of attorney if you are acting for someone else; cash to pay for services (cashless payment via QR code is also possible).

The establishment of a registered office can be arranged in person while you wait at any of our branches. If you are not nearby, we can handle everything online. We will send you the consent for the registered office location and other necessary documents by mail.

Yes, we can handle all our services online, i.e. by e-mail and post. In the order form, it is enough to check the option of online processing.

In the case of a newly formed company, you hand over the documents for the registered office of the company to your notary, who will make the entry in the commercial register, or you deliver the forms yourself to the relevant commercial register. If you are changing the registered office of an existing company, you will register the registered office of the company in the relevant commercial register. You get the best price when concluding a contract for the maximum period, i.e. for 36 months. If you are not a VAT payer, we can offer you a price without VAT. Your savings are thus absolutely maximum. When combining the services of self-employed residence and permanent residence in one name, you get a self-employed residence for a price of CZK 99/month. Self-employed person with discontinued business for an even more favorable 59 CZK/month.

Yes, you have to pay for the registered office even if you stop trading. After all, a seat is still a seat. Courts have repeatedly sided with the aforementioned interpretation of the law: the interruption of activity does not lead to the termination of the use of the registered office or to the termination of the usufructuary title, the registered office is still registered in the trade register of the entrepreneur and thus it is still necessary to pay for the registered office. In the event of the termination of the interruption, i.e. the continuation of the business, they also do not need to document their consent to the location of the registered office (previously the place of business) again. 

If you are not interested in a registered office, it is necessary to completely cancel (not interrupt) the trade, at any trade office in the Czech Republic (it is not necessary according to the registered office or residence), or change the registered office to another address.

We receive all of your letter shipments daily and send you a notification of their receipt by e-mail along with a scan of the envelope. Immediately after receiving the information e-mail, you can pick up the mail in person. If you do not have a way to our branch, we will forward everything to you at the end of the month (Gold program) or at the end of the week (Platinum program) to the specified address in the Czech Republic. At your request, we will be happy to scan the contents of the shipment. All these postal services are already included in the price of the residence and you do not pay anything extra for them.

No, we do not accept registered mail for your protection. At the headquarters, we will take over the call to pick up the registered shipment, immediately scan it and send it to your e-mail. On the website of the Czech Post, you can submit a request to change the delivery post and then pick up the parcel at any post office in the Czech Republic. Any deadlines are not affected by this in any way and they start running only after the shipment is picked up.

  • We will prepare the application for registering the change of address in the commercial register, handle its submission, and ensure its processing.
  • We will forward your mail abroad.
