In the case of a newly established company, you will submit the documents relating to the company’s registered office to your notary, who will make the entry in the commercial register, or you will deliver the forms to the relevant commercial register yourself.

You will get the best price when you conclude a contract for the maximum period, i.e. 36 months. If you are not a VAT payer, we can offer you a price excluding VAT. This will maximize your savings. When combining the services of a self-employed person’s registered office and permanent residence in one name, you will get a self-employed person’s registered office for CZK 99 excluding VAT / month. Self-employed persons with an interrupted trade also for an even more advantageous CZK 59 excluding VAT / month.
Yes, you have to pay for the registered office of the company even if you interrupt the trade. The registered office is still the registered office. The courts have repeatedly supported the above interpretation of the law: the interruption of activity does not lead to the termination of the use of the registered office or the termination of the user title, the registered office is still registered in the trade register of the entrepreneur and it is therefore still necessary to pay for the registered office. In the event of the termination of the interruption, i.e. the continuation of the trade, you do not have to re-submit your consent to the location of the registered office (formerly the place of business).
If you are not interested in the registered office, it is necessary to completely cancel the trade (not interrupt it), at any trade licensing office in the Czech Republic (it is not necessary to do so by registered office or residence), or change the registered office to another address.
We will collect all your mail daily and send you an email notification of its collection along with a scan of the envelopes. You can collect your mail in person immediately after receiving the information email. If you are unable to travel to our branch, we will forward everything to you at the end of the month (Gold program) or at the end of the week (Platinum program) to the specified address in the Czech Republic. At your request, we will scan the contents of the shipment. All these postal services are already included in the price of the office and you do not pay anything extra for them.
No, for your protection, we do not accept registered mail. At our headquarters, we will receive a request to collect the registered mail, scan it immediately and send it to your email. On the Czech Post website, you can submit a request to change the delivery address and then collect the parcel at any post office in the Czech Republic. Any deadlines are not affected by this and only start running from the moment the parcel is collected.
All of these services can be arranged for a very reasonable additional fee.
